Terms and Conditions

Retro Tour Madrid offers private sightseeing experiences in a classic 1920 Ford Model T in Madrid, Spain. These terms apply to all booking requests submitted through our website or confirmed by email, WhatsApp, or phone.

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until we send written confirmation with date, time, meeting point, and price.

Prices are shown per vehicle (not per person) and include the selected tour duration and private guide service. Taxes applicable under Spanish law are included unless otherwise stated.

Payment is typically completed before or at the start of the tour according to the method agreed in the confirmation (bank transfer, cash, or other accepted methods). Online card deposit may be offered when available.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the tour price.

If we must cancel due to vehicle issues, extreme weather, or force majeure, we will offer a free reschedule or a full refund of amounts already paid.

Guests must arrive on time at the confirmed meeting point. Delays of more than 15 minutes may shorten the tour without refund.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per vehicle. Children count as guests. Seat use and safety instructions from the guide must be followed at all times.

We operate with due care and maintain appropriate insurance for our activity. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, or personal items left in the vehicle.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where Spanish law does not allow such limitation.
